Deekline & Wizard – Back Up, Coming Through
Deekline & Wizard’s latest album “Back Up, Coming Through” is in the shops this month, and features my Ghettotech remix of “One In The Front”, featuring DJ Assault on vocals. The track was originally going to be released alongside a set of other remixes but Deekline & Wizard liked my version so much that they decided to include it on their album! The album includes an abundance of great guest vocalists and a mix of styles including a noticable Miami Bass influence in places, and it’s likely to get a lot of radio play.
My remix is a pretty stripped-down booty track and I did it in a generally Assault-ish style with snappy drums and some high-falutin strings on it. The digital is on sale now and the CD is in the shops from April 13th, 2009.
